Day One
So, today I started my vegan diet. This morning i had some fruit with Special K, and vanilla Silk. Yum, Silk is awesome. :) At lunch I Had some rice with green beans! I accidentally put chicken broth in my rice! Such a habit, but it was only a tiny bit, so whatever. Then I had a huge (!) salad with tons of fresh veggies and crispy tofu. I burnt half of my tofu and set ff the fire alarm. However, all in all, it was a good day! I feel full and do not feel like I am missing out on anything.

This blog is to track the choices made throughout my life. Granted I keep up with it, it will document daily reasoning and what-not.
